I have 2 Plextor drives and only 1 is controlled by the "CD Burning" folder

1) Is there a way to select which drive this works with
2) Is there a way to disable this Windows feature

In Windows Explorer right click the CD drive and click on properties. Look
at the tabs on top and click on Recording. Remove the mark from the "enable
CD recording on this drive" box. This will stop Windows from burning to the
drive so you will need to use your own CD burning software unless you
reenable the drive. Repeat for any drives you want to stop Windows from
Burning to. You can reenable Windows burning by reselecting the box. You may
or may not have to reboot I can't remember.

As far as I know Windows can only be selected to use one CD recording drive
at a time. That is it can only be enabled on one drive at a time.

Also...it works without rebooting.
