Contract work in delhi

We have contract project/work in delhi and we are looking for "Subject Matter Experts" in the following areas.

Knowledge of the following fields:
- TCP/IP stack, especially Layer 2 and 3
- VPN, IPSEC
- Routing theory
- Routing protocols - OSPF, RIP, IGRP
- Unix networking utilities - netstat, ifconfig, arp, tcpdump, etc.
- RADIUS,LDAP
- Checkpoint
- HIgh availability technologies like- VRRP,- IP clustering
