(Windows XP Home Operating System)
I've tried to run an executable from work:
GEnORTEL46518.EXE and the following message appears:
Failed to get registry Key value for
NT_SECSHM;System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e972
-e325-11CE=BFc1-08D02BE10318}\0021\NetfginstanceID

Someone suggested I remove the IPSECSHM ADAPTER CARD
UNDER DEVICE MANAGER which I disabled and ran again and
same error. I tried to contact Nortel Networds Customer
Support but they said to contact my work. My work said
they cannot help because they do not support home
computers. This program does work on Windows 2000.
Any suggestions are welcome.
