Continuous Form Question

I have my list in alphabetical order and the Black empty line with the SHT8
star is at the very bottom is there any way I can have it remain on top off
the list

Bob/Jenny,

Not too sure what you mean. Is "SHT8" is some sort of customer code?
if so are you talking about a Default Value?
if so remove the default value

I think Bob wants the "New Record" row to be at the top of the cts Form
rather than the bottom.

While it possible with a fair bit of fudging, it is probably not worth the
efforts. A better alternative is to show the users how to use the
Navigation Bar near the bottom left corner of the Form or even a simple
shortcut key Ctrl + + (holding Control key down and pressing the plus sign
key) .

If the Navigation Bar is not used or a graphical element is desired, you can
simply create a CommandButton on the Form Header to take the user to the
"New Record" row.

Thanks Guys added a Add New Record Button.......Thanks for the help oh the
SHT8 was meant to be Shift8 to get this symbol that stupid here couldn't
spell ASTIX???
