Continuous Error Message when closing Outlook 2003

Each time I close Outlook 2003, I get a message that I should send to
Microsoft.
I went to Manage, Event Viewer/Application.
It shows the SOURCE as Microsoft Office 11 and the EVENT as 1000

Description: Description:
