Continual message sending error report to microsoft outllook

I keep gatting an error message when logging onto outlook express. I have
OFFICE. I can't get my email. this has happened all of a sudden.

1) Outlook Express and Office are unrelated.
2) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup
