continual error message

's Computer Specifications

every time i try to do anything on the computer i keep
getting the same error message. it reads: An exception
occured while trying to run C:\WINDOWS\System32
\btiein.dll,Download

i have no idea where it came from or how to get rid of it
and i would appreciate some assistance.
