I have a Dell laptop that has been running Windows 2000
Professional for over 3 years. It just started rebooting
in a continous loop. Can't get into safe mode, does the
same thing on every option. Won't allow me to boot to a
CD for a repair. Any ideas?

Can you get into the BIOS to change the boot order (i.e. make the CD boot
first)?
