I have made a rather large web with frontpage, I have
been working with it for about 3 months, never had this
happen before, I started making a new page for my
website, I made a title inserted a navigation bar then
applied a theme, the saved and previewed the page...I
have two navigation bars, one that is unlabled below the
one i inserted...??? I looked at the HTML code and it
doesn't exist there...??? What is going on, I tried to
edit my page for a different machine and the same thing
happeded so It's not my machine. I also got this error
when logging in to edit

Probably in a shared border or Include page
There are some bugs in FP2002 & in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages
so make sure you (and your host) see & apply all appropriate patches from:
