On one of my pages the content is about 6 inches down from the top of the
table. How do I get it to go to the top?

Without knowing much more about your page I guess you'll need to check you
Headers & Footers (Help>Headers & Footers) settings on that page.

The cell containing the content should be given top alignment with
valign="top".
