content of page is not fixed it moves if the screen size changed

the view of my page changes if i reduce the screen size specially the image
it will move from where it was i can't fix it if someone can help me be great.

's Computer Specifications

It's supposed to do that. If you want the page width fixed, put your
content in a table and fix the table's width. But if the screen size
(width) setting is smaller than the table's, users will have to scroll
horizontally to read page contentent that is not viewable. And also, if
the print, it's possible that text will be cut off.
