What is Content Management Module and is it possible to implement it in

I'm not sure about this, but I'm creating a website for a small group and I
would like to feature a news session in the site. I want them (the group) to
be able to add and delete news items without any knowledge in FrontPage/html.
I just want a simple way of going about this.
