I've previewed a email I've been sent and later the content dissappears. I've tried turning off Norton, changing the encription, but this doesnt seem to help. I can open the attachments which are still there. It seems to happen more often when there are attachments. It seems to only happen with one sender (but not with every email). Anyone got suggestions in outlook or other settings?
(I'm not technical so can't write/add code to solve this).
