Content Advisor - stops working

I setup 'content advisor' to block access to the web, and
it worked perfect for ~2 weeks. Then, it simply stopped
working. I can access any/all websites - even when I set
a site to be restricted, I can access it. It's as if
the 'content advisor' was off. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill

Do we have 12/13 year olds reading this newsgroup too. I would think the
answer wouldn't include such stuff anyway.
