I have new vista system with windows mail. I created a directory just for a
"mass" mailing...maybe 100 recipients. The pop up is an error message when I
try to send..says I have too many recipients. Just wondering what the max
number can be on a group mailing, then I could split it. I have about 100
email addys but it says I have 452. Probably takes into account the
recipients' names along with their email addys.

There is no maximum with Windows Mail. This has to do with your ISP who put a number on to how many recipients you can send to. This is for controlling mass mailings that tend to be spam. Are you trying to send spam out to the 100 people ?
