Contacts won't print in Outlook 2007

I have had many flaky problems with Outlook, many of which have just
cured themselves.

My only remaining problem is that my Contacts won't print. It shows a
preview with just grayed out lines and that's what prints. This
happens with a full list of contacts as well as subsets of a smaller
group of contacts.

I should mention that all other features will print. Calendar, Tasks,
Notes. Everything, but Contacts will print.
