I loaded a file with all my contacts and each is accessible, but
alphabetically, by e-mail address.
How do I get them to be shown Last Name when I use the "to" field?

(I do not use Outlook)

How odd.
Why would you post in an Outlook group if you do not use Outlook?

Because I can't any find other relevant group name or place to make
inquiry. Help support doesn't seem to be abe to deal with this
question, as far as I am able to discern.

So you post in an unrelated group and expect an answer? Why wouldn't you at
least post what program you _are_ using and see if anyone can direct you to
the correct site?
