Just upgraded to Vista from XP Home and transferred (Using Belkin Ez
transfer) Outlook 2007 files. Just fixed corruption of pst file. Although I
now have the contacts folder in use as the address book, the contacts search
bar does not find anything.

What are the steps I can take to correct?

Create a new mail profile. Transferring files for Outlook to Vista seems to break/corrupt profiles. Create a new one and see if the problem clears up.
