I have Windows Vista Home Basic.
I have set up my contacts, but how do I send an email with showing the
contact's name without the email address also??

In addition, does anyone know if I can load INCREDIMAIL on Windows Vista? I
loved it on my other computer, but get errors when I try to download it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, there is no way to suppress the showing of the contact's
email address.

As far as IncrediMail, you'd have to ask the publisher of that
program. Us technical folks would not be caught dead with
that program installed on our computers; consequently, we
don't know much about it.

Techinical folks??? I don't know what it is you have against Incredimail but
I've used it for years with no problems. There's nothing wrong with it. I
guess it's not dull enough like Windows Mail.

You can get the new beta version of Incredimail at:
http://www.incredimail.com/english/b....asp?id=100080
It's working fine with my computer and Vista.

IncrediMail tends to attract people who value form over substance.
I mainly use email to communicate substantive issues, and I don't
want to use something that detracts from a professional demeanor.

I've just had a look at the website.

I'm definitely going to get an account...
for my 7 year old.

Wow. I am just so not impressed. Fact is the program can be used without any
of the backgrounds or animations so neither one of you would have to feel
"unprofessional". <insert gag noises here>

So that's hardly an USP.

To each his own, I guess.
All I can tell you is that IncrediMail users have a hard time getting free
technical help because techies like me don't use the program.

Incredimail is for 13yo girls and the pedophiles stalking them.
