We have a bunch of contacts in a public folder, people have created views
that are accessible by other people. Now some people can not see the custom
views. Any idea how to resolve this?
Outlook XP
Exchange 2003

thanks
John

You'll probably need to recreate them from scratch. Most people never bother to back up views, which is a very complicated process.

Hi Sue,
Can you give me the process, I assume it's not part of a normal exchange
backup?

thanks
John

thanks Sue,
the best part was the last line,
Exchange server users can copy views and published forms using the File,
Folder menu.
