Perhaps, but not likely.
Exporting Outlook data to a different format only to import it back into
Outlook makes absolutely no sense and is pretty much a guarantee that you've
mangled your data to the point that no electronic addresses are resolved and
thus cannot possibly appear in your address book view.
Go back and use one of the supported methods to transfer your Outlook data.
They are posted here several times a day.
