Does anyone know how to link outlook to an address book I created in MS Access?

What I would like to do is click the "to.." box, and be able to select the
clients name. I would also like to built it in a way that it fluid; meaning
if I change something in Access, it will also change in the address book in
outlook.

Thanks

Nothing like that is built into either applications. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm#tools for possible solutions.

Not possible unless you create your own address book provider or sync
solution. You might want to consider using a CRM solution or publish the
address book in Exchange (like for instance in a Public Folder).

Do you know where I can find more info on making it into a public folder?

What info do you need? If you have Exchange create a contacts folder. You
can then use import to import the items from the database to a contacts
folder.
