contacts manager mapi cannot find bcmms.dll

Whenever I try to open BCM I get the following error message:
contacts manager mapi cannot find bcmms.dll
I have Enterprise 2007 installed but could it be that it didn't come with
BCM? It's not showing in my installed programs, but in Outlook the folder is
showing. Have tried many troubleshooting methods to no avail, still same
error message.
