Hi group

Is there a global setting in Outlook 2003 where one can change the
default
address displayed in contacts to first name, last name instead of the
email
address. The reason for this is that I need to see mails in my sent
items
with first name, last name for searching purposes. I have over 1300
contacts
so going in to each one to make the change is not really an option.

Thanks for any help

Stratt

Tools/Address book. Once the address book is open, View/Sort by or at
least this works with OL2000.

No. The "Email display as" field must be reset manually one at a time.
