I have a list of contacts using Outlook 2003 but there have crossing
information between contacts. It's wired that Contact A has the fax
information of Contact B and named (Contact B fax) inside the details of
Contact A. e.g. Inside Karen White has the email of John Smith, John is one
of the contact in the list. There are emails and phones information
crossing as well, does anyone having the same situation with yours?

This is not new to me, it is already the second list I built, it was
re-created one contact by one contact and it is now happening again...

Never seen this or heard of it. Nor is your description clear enough even to
understand fully what you mean.
List the steps you used to create such a mess and clarify what you mean. Be
aware that the term "list of contacts" could mean anything and we have no
idea what you mean by it.
