Contacts - Groups or only Distribution lists ?

Does Outlook (2002) support groups of contacts a la MS OE Address
Book? Or does it only have Distribution lists? I have a large list of
contacts and I'd like to organize them into groups.

Only DL's, and they are a poor choice. Most people use Categories instead.
