Every day when I start up my computer and open the contacts folder it
is diplayed in normal folder view, not contacts view.

I customise it to the contacts view and it remains that way until I
turn off the computer and restart it - it is then back to folder view
and I have to re-customise it :-(

Anyone know of a fix to make the customisation permanent?

I am using Windows Vista SP1 and Windows Mail 6 with all updates for
both.

Many thanks Dave.

Folder Options | View | Reset Folders appears to have fixed the
problem but if it comes back I will try the other suggestions there.

Its back!! - lost its settings again :-(

Tried increasing folder view cache memory as per above link

So far it is holding!!
