Contacts Folder for Windows Mail

Well, if Microsoft staff are also using their own products, they should know
it is completely out of mind if the users can't use contacts folder function
in Windows Mail.
How are we suppose to find a particular contacts if all the contacts are
listed in one long list.

Besides the above, since after upgraded to Windows Vista, I can't read
Japanese and Chinese characters in Outlook 2003 sending from Japanese and
Chinese OS (I am using English OS). Would appreciate if someone in Microsoft
to test this issue and revert back to me.

I have a client who has just bought a new PC with Vista Ultimate and Office
Pro 2003 OEM, has does not like Outlook and wants to use Windows Mail and
Contacts but unlike Outlook Express and the good old wab file, which he is
migrating from, you cannot see the folders you sub divide your contacts into
when you click To: when composing a message. Please Microsoft fix this as
having to sift through over 1000 contacts is crazy when they can be
conveniently sub-divided into folders.
