contacts folder stuck in journal folder

Somehow the contacts folder got moved into the journal folder. I created a
contacts folder in the main mailbox and copied over the contacts but when
using activesync, it still looks to the contacts folder that's in the
journals. Outlook will not allow me to delete or move the contacts folder.
It's just stuck in there.
Anyone know how to move it back?
