I have Outlook 2003 at office with 719 "contacts" and 985 "contacts in
personal folders". This is also suppose to sync with my verizon Motorola Q.
How do I get all to match up with out loosing any? I am not a tech type
person. I need human help with patience.

Are you asking how to sync both contacts folders? That's completely under
the control of whatever sync software you use and most do not allow synching
of any but the default Contafcts folder. There are some sync packages you
can purchase that will sync non-default folders.

Thanks for the reply.

Are you with Microsoft?
Where can I get basic help that makes sense to non-tech person. How can
Contacts and Contacts in personal folders not sync? Why is it so hard to get
responses from live Microsoft people?

Nope.

I told you how. You must buy or write an add-in that will do it. Outlook
by itself doesn't have the ability. You might find this site helpful:

If you expect a Microsoft person to respond, you must create a support
incident with Microsoft. It is rare that any Microsoft person visits these
newsgroups as they are not official support channels.
