contacts & favorites

I have just upgraded to Windows 2000 Pro from Win 98 se.
I backed up my hard drive prior to installation. I now
have the system up and running, but I have lost all of my
contacts in outlook and all of my favorites. Is there
anyway of getting them back? Please help. Thanks in
advance.
