Man am I glad to find this place! Ok here is my issue, I have a user, who, when he searches for his contacts, and puts in the first few letters and does a search, it brings up a seperate box with the results. He is using Outlook 2003, and I cannot for the life of me find this option, as today I have to rebuild his profile and he rather likes this feature. ANy help would be greatly appreciated, thank you,
Jon

Exactly when does this occur? You don't describe what he clicks with any
detail so that we know to what you refer, but my crystal ball says you're
referring to the autrocompletion feature: you start typing in the To field
and addresses you've used before appear so you can choose them again. If
that's the case, then rename the old NK2 file so that its name matches the
name of the new mail profile. If by "profile" you mean the Windows user
profile, then the old data is gone and he'll have to wait until the cache
builds up as he sends messages.

I will try to get some screen shots today when I work on his computer, basically its an old Outlook Profile, and a new one that we created. For some reason the old one searches for contacts differently then the new one. Like I said, I will have more detail when my user has his laptop oonline so I can remote into it. Thanks for the tips,
Jon
