Exactly when does this occur? You don't describe what he clicks with any
detail so that we know to what you refer, but my crystal ball says you're
referring to the autrocompletion feature: you start typing in the To field
and addresses you've used before appear so you can choose them again. If
that's the case, then rename the old NK2 file so that its name matches the
name of the new mail profile. If by "profile" you mean the Windows user
profile, then the old data is gone and he'll have to wait until the cache
builds up as he sends messages.
