Greetings:

I have no programming experience but I thought there should be a way to
add another tab to a contact. I would like to be able to store account
information e.g. account numbers, password, etc. I once visited a site where
such things could be done. Am I in the correct thread? Please advise.

You can get started by opening a contact and choosing Tools | Forms | Design This Form. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm and http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm
