Contact Not Receiving Emails

One of my contacts is no longer receiving emails I send to her from Outlook.
When I do go online to Earthlink (my ISP) and send her an email she receives
it. She has removed and re-entered me into her Yahoo address book and I've
removed her as a Contact and re-entered as well. She has also checked and my
emails are not being funneled to her Junk or Spam folders. Any thoughts or
ideas on how to resolve this?

Do your messages move from the Outbox to the Sent Items folder?

That's a fairly sure sign, then, that your outgoing mail server accepted the
messages and that it's your server's problem, not Outlook's. Your ISP is
failing to route the messages to the recipients, but Outlook did its job and
was told by the server that the messages were accepted.

What would be the difference in the fact that I can send these emails
directly from the message center of my ISP and they are successful and not
from Outlook. Just trying to understand this "techie stuff".

When you're sending mail from the ISP's message center, you are completely
bypassing their SMTP server.
