Contact Names below Folders

's Computer Specifications

When using XP I could see my address list right below my folders on the left
side of the screen. When I use Vista I can't find how to set this. Is it
available while using Vista ?

was removed from vista.
there is a contacts button on the tool bar. or one can be added.
