Do people have to have my email address to contact me via Windows Messenger
or can I just give them my nickname?

Greetings,

They have to use at least one Passport e-mail address, however, if you don't feel comfortable
using your actual e-mail address, simply sign up for a free Hotmail account, which is
automatically a Passport (http://hotmail.msn.com).
