CONTACT MANAGER selection
1. Migrating contacts from Goldmine 5.0 to another contact manager like
Outlook.
2. Only one user on single desktop tracking under 300 business contacts.
3. Have installed Outllook Office Enterprise 2007 on Vista SP1.
4. Is this system good enough to track basic contact information and updated
notes.
5. Must we upgrade to Outlook Business Contact Manager or not.
6. Best way to transfer contacts with notes from Goldmine 5.0 to Outlook.

I will answer #1. Outlook is not a Contact Manager. It is a PIM. It is
nothing like GoldMine. Yes - I have used GoldMine for 4 years ( a while ago
now).

4 what is your definition of "basic contact information and notes".
5. once you answer 4 maybe someone will help you with this question. Do
some research on BCM as well. The Microsoft site has a lot of data.
