The template site has a "Download Now" button at the bottom of the error
page. I forces the download even if the initial scan thinks you don't have
the correct version on your machine.
Additionally, if you did a full install of Access, you have the Contact
Management database template already on your computer. Just start it by
clicking on the General Templates hyperlink on the initial Task Pane.
