Contact manage wont open

's Computer Specifications

I have business contact manager I reformated my computer when i install
business contact manager it goes through the motions but i cant see it in
outlook its in add and remove programs 177 MB it just doesnt show up

's Computer Specifications

click on file>datafile management> check if you have a business contact
manager database. If you dont have a database the click on add and ad the
bcm database
