I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. After truncating my PST file
and doing all sorts of backflips, I was finally able to successfully import
my Contacts list, but now I can't access it from the email message screen. I
can email a Contact from the Contacts list, but I can't seem to view the
Contacts list with a blank message screen by clicking on "TO:" like I used to
with Outlook 2000. Is there a step I missed in the Import process?

The step you missed is using the Import function, details of which are
