Contact Folders

I have recently transfered all of my contacts from one computer to the other.
When I did this, it put every contact I had in a "Personalized Contacts"
folder, not in regular "Contacts". I do not have a problem with this,
however, when I am going to type an email to someone it will not bring up
their information automatically as I type because it is looking in the
"Contacts" folder; which holds no one. Is there a way I can either have
Outlook look in my "Personalized Contacts" folder or transfer everything from
that folder into my "Contacts" folder so it will find names? Please let me
know if this question needs clarifying. Thank you.
