How do I delete a contact folder? I open my contacts and have two folders

You can delete any Contact Folder that is not your default (R click >
Delete). If you can't, tell us why.

When we right click on the empty folder delet is not an option

That would only be true for you default folder which you cannot delete. Nor
can you have more than one default folder.
