Hi,

At one time I had several contact folders. I now want just one as I
am now using BCM. However, I cannot delete or rename either of the
two remaining contact folders. One I know is under the email
account/.pst file I have set as the default. The other I used to use
as default, but I have long since removed that. But the delete/rename
options are grayed out. It is not checked as "show email as address
book" and it is totally empty.

I still need the email account and records that go with this .pst file
- the only think I can think of is to create a new pst file and reset
up my email and copy my old emails into it.

Anyone know an easier way?

IIRC, BCM creates its own, separate contacts folder, contained in a database
separate from the PST.
