I have 2 outlook profiles running in Outlook 2007 with about 600 contacts in
each. The visible text in the notes field has just shrunk to illegible size
yet the font format still shows normal size. I can expand the text size in
each individual notes section, but that is a long task - I prefer to restore
the correct view. ANy suggestions please?

You can try starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews command line switch.
Enter this in the Start Menu's Run box then hit enter:
Outlook.EXE /cleanviews

Hi Vince, Tried that, no luck, though it did rearrange my views.
However just realised that the view of all my emails is also now tiny
illegible font. OK in the reading pane, but small when I click on reply.
Have spoken to a friend who suggests it is some setting in the views, but
can't find one. Help!
