One of my contacts e-mail changed because they changed providers. How can you
get rid of the old contact address of theirs? I change it in contacts but
wihen I start typing there name in an e-mail auto complete still has their
old address and the new one.

Auto-Complete of email addresses retains the previous 29 addresses that you
used, the old one will die off soon.

Here's how to delete them manually...

Or Click on the word To: in a new mail, and it will open your contact list,
select their address from the list.
