A co-worked emailed a distribution list to me.
I tried to save it to my contacts, but it's not there.

How do I save it without having to type the whole list in?

We're using Office 2003.

Thanks,

In what format was the message? How did you "try" to save it?

Sorry,
I'm not sure how she sent it, but I received it as an attachment. When I
opened the attachment, it looked exactly like a distribution list.

I just clicked the save button. Later, I was going to try "save as" but
couldn't find my way to the outlook, contact folder. I imagine the list is
saved in a temp folder somewhere.

Thanks Brian

Just drag the attachment to your Contacts folder. That should be sufficient.
