A contact is blocked everytime I sign on

Hello, I blocked someone on my list a few months ago, and I took them off
again. Since then, everytime I sign onto messenger, this contact is blocked
again. To clarify: I can unblock the contact, sign off, and when I re-sign
on they are blocked again.

Is there anyway around this bug?
