Contact and Calendar fields are Blank in Programs Tab

Some of the fields in my Programs tab are blank and do not offer anything in
their drop down list. I am using Outlook 2003 and have verified that the box
is check to make Outlook 2003 my default program for Contacts and
Calendaring. Does anyone have ideas on what else could be causing this?

Please help.
