Consuming Web Services - PDAs left out to dry?

Hi all

Having recently attended an MS conference about WSE and having a PDA
flashed at us, lured me into a false sense of security (no examples
~using~ the PDa should have warned me, but lots of implication).

Does anyone out there have experience of web services and PDAs? Is WSE
going to be implimented for Compact Framework / is it already?. MS's
recent push on web service based solutions has not yeilded any new
documents, the most recent one I found mentioning PDAs was dated March
2003 by Neil Cowburn, entitled "Consuming Web Services with the
Microsoft .NET Compact Framework".

Our intended solution is data file transfer as well as standard
messaging. Serializing the files, I'm led to believe, chould be a way
but I'm unsure if any of this is actually supported under the compact
framework.

Any relevent info greatly received.

Paul,

You can find code for WSE 2.0 support at www.opennetcf.org. There's an
article here than you may find interesting:
