Hi Liz,
You'll probably have to narrow down the problem a bit before we'll know how
to fix it. I added a link to a knowledge base article that explains what
the repair option does. The next time this happens try doing each step
manually until you find the one that really fixes the problem. That way
we'll have a idea on where to start looking.
